Benson W.K. Lee, Jr.
Position: Vice President
Benson was born in Honolulu and raised in Pacific Palisades on the island of Oahu. He is a 13-year Alumni at Kamehameha Schools, graduated in 1979 then attended University of Hawai‘i Maui to major in Agriculture & Natural Resoures (AG). At an early age of 23, Benson became an entrepreneur as the President and Owner of Hawaiian Steam Inc.
Benson got involved with Lokoea Fishpond through Community Workdays back in 2008. He and his good friend James Estores co-founded MLEF in 2009 and was a board member until 2021. Benson enjoys the outdoors including sports such as surfing and dirt bike riding. He farm raises Goats on Oahu and the Big Island and has a passion for classic cars such as his ’55 Chevy and VW trucks. He is also an active member of Pearl Harbor Hawaiian Civic Club. |
