They have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a larger staff team. They have good judgment, are hard working, self motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and prepared to dive into any and all activities that MLEF offers. Staff are both detail-oriented and organized in developing and implementing project plans. They are able to connect with diverse groups of people and organizations. Staff are positive role models, who are patient, compassionate and genuinely committed to the welfare and development of the community and young people.
